Newbie here
Hello all,
New to the M9 community but not to knives. I have several Randalls, Martins, Custom Damascus fixed and folders, Autos, Ivory handles, Gerber's, benchmades, Kershaws, etc... I carried a Gerber Patriot on my Flight Vest when I was a flight engineer in Bco 3/160th S.O.A.R.(A) during the early to mid 90's.
Just bought a 1st gen early production LanClay with the blood groove for collectability and plan on getting a standard one for my m4. Now I want a Special ops commemorative since I was a part of Socom back in the day.
Hope to see you on the "boards"
Jason

Full auto newb here...
Hey Guys,
I've know about the whisper for a while, my dad has been a varmit hunter for all his life. I'm into various things, military style guns being one of them. I recently decided to pull the trigger on the purchase of an old select fire AR15. I first looked at SSK high quality products, though I came to the conclusion I may do better DIYing it(could be wrong).I found out Randall at ar15barrels.com is not taking orders. The only unit I could find is a 16" unit at ar15products.net. I plan on using a Gemtech HVT (9.22") as it (suppresses) the most bang for the buck form what data I could scour off the net. I would like to keep the overall length under 20" preferably 16". I would also like to use a one of the new Colt or LMT Monolithic uppers machined, if necessary, to have a nice transition from handguard to can. I've given up searching on ar15.com as the minute wait between searches is maddening and there isn't much there about the Whisper anyhow. Any info from you guys running select fire, suppressors, especially Mr. Jones' stuff, I'd love to hear from. Also looking for soucres for barrels and opinion on supressors. I found a lot of good info on silencerresearch.com but nothing on the SSK units or the .300 whisper unfortunately.
Thanks,
Jay

M7/Imperial Bayonet
My call sign is Wyo manwolf, and I'm new to this site. I work at a RTC (regional training center for the military) in Wyo and was given 30 plus M7/Imperial bayonets w/ scarrboards. 25 are still in the original packaging. Can anyone tell how old they might be and what they are worth?
