Parts for Craftsman commercial 12x36 lathe.

Hi all, I have a Craftsman commercial 12x36 metal lathe 101-28990,101596 and I'm looking for both the compound rest and the cross slide dial collars, mines have both but are not numerical. Any help would be great!!
